On the 17th Dec 2018 we unfortunately broke down 26kms from Waikerie and had the pleasure of meeting Jag who was delightful and extra helpful he went above and beyond what he had to do to help us. He organised to tow us to Berri (our destination) and also recommended Rolys’ Auto who was able to do the repairs in time for us to come back to Adelaide the next day. Message: Around 4.00pm today on our way to Clare for a conference tomorrow, we had a tyre blow out approx. twenty kilometres Waikerie side of Overland Corner. My husband's office contacted Roadside Assist and within a reasonable time Jag found us. He was very helpful and very friendly and soon had our small spare tyre on and we returned to Berri. We shall set off early in the morning for Clare and hopefully avoid the kangaroos. Please pass on our thanks for a job well done.
